Refund window
If DitherUI isn't right for you, ask within 7 days of your purchase and we will refund the full amount, no questions asked.
How to ask
Contact us with the email address you bought with. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Dodo Payments and can take a few business days to appear.
After a refund
A refund ends your All-Access license: your premium access and API key are turned off, and you should stop using the premium source you downloaded.
Problems with a payment
If you were charged but your All-Access isn't active, write to us first. We will fix it or refund you, whichever you prefer.
